Gary was top notch. It's the second time that he has worked on our car now and both times he has been really friendly and offered useful advice on how to prolong the use of parts and prevent future problems. The first time that he came out to us my wife (who was on her own) commented on how at ease he made her feel especially as she knows nothing about cars and has felt that she has been mugged off in the past when taking her car to a garage.
