Not really down to the mechanic but the website quoted 2 hours to have the work done so I'd planned my day around that. It actually took 5 hours. It was freezing all day and dark by the time he was 3/4 of the way through but he refused to leave till the job was done so thank you for that. Can't grumble about the price though, £400 less then what I was quoted by Audi.
