Joe was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and his work on my car was exceptional!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs some work done on your vehicle.

My mechanic was Very friendly. It was very convenient using click mechanic as they came to me to carry out work.

Joe completed the work however we specifically chose a time slot to ensure the car would be back in time for us to go out which was the earliest time slot 8am (and would take 5-6hrs)
It got to 2pm and I had to call to find out how long the car would be and he said it's only just being worked on at that time (even though they'd had it for 6hrs) I explained I needed the car back by 5pm and he said he would try his best to accommodate this, which we appreciate that he got it to us by 16.30, however we just feel that there shouldn't be a 6hr time slot allocated on your website when you can get your car back a lot later than this without any updates.

They were punctual and notified me of other issues on my vehicle before they carried out the additional work.

Carried out a power steering pump replacement. Picked the car up on the Monday, returned it Tuesday. All working beautifully.
