Didn't meet my mechanic but his driver who came to collect the car was polite, cheerful and arrived within the 2 hour time slot I was given. Joe called me to advise a MoT fail and offer me the option to return the car as was or carry out the required repair. I opted for the latter and the work was carried out and the car retested. I was provided with a VAT invoice for the work when the car was returned together with the MoT fail and pass sheets. I paid Joe's invoice on line.

I did not meet Joe my mechanic, my car was collected on the day and returned after the service was completed, as far as I know all of the items have been attended to along with the vehicles service indicators being reset, as not having used this service before I found it very easy and an efficient way of getting your car serviced.

Joe was very friendly and punctual. No complaints about the work done and reasonably priced, but didn't realise my car would be driven so far to get its MOT - 26miles away according to the garage stamp! That's quite a lot petrol wise. I assumed it would be a local mechanic. Luckily it was a hybrid car.
Also, my card was charged before the work completed - it states no charge until work has been done.

Very straightforward and prompt service . I only booked the day before and they arrived to pick up my car at the allotted time.
