Arrived 7 hours after scheduled time, wasn't even keen to listen as had a very long day and feeling tired, came from long distance as stated. Wouldn't even drive the car to investigate it, just told me to drive which was like a minute, then said the problem is drive shafts, I told him that I already changed the shafts and they are brand new, however he Wouldn't take any notice. So basically I paid nearly £80 for nothing. I am going to put my old shafts back and will let you know if the problem is really the shafts.

Really happy with the service I got from Lascar. He had a friendly manor and did what he had to do. And explained what he was doing.

Friendly and knowledgable, and he got my car going. However, the following morning, the car won't start, so I'm in the same position again.

He was late - but had let me know, and that was no problem.

Unfortunately hour and a half late but got the job done.

Serban called to say he was on his way and arrived very promptly. He took time to talk through the diagnostics as the report was running and then was very thorough to identify the actual issue and tell us what needed to be done. He came out on the bank holiday which was fantastic. Happy to recommend, clearly a very experienced and friendly mechanic.

Serban identified the problem really quick and hopefully solved the issue. He did arrive a few hours late but I was at home so I didn’t really mind. Communication was tough but in the end we managed to understand each other. Overall experience was good.
