Darren was fantastic. Extremely pleasant young man and gave me a lot of confidence. Managed to diagnose the problem (I originally thought it was terminal for the car) and gave me excellent advice on what to do next. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Was extremely punctual, very friendly and quickly got about doing the full service with no fuss at all. Once done he gave me a brief walkthrough of some minor issues and explained everything he'd done which was extremely helpful.
