He was on time, however not very friendly, appeared to be confused, sadly I was not happy with the work.

Your booking request was for a full service and mot. All work was carried out via your request. The reason for your bad review is because your car failed it’s mot and needs £££ to get it to pass. This car has had untold issues on it’s previous mot’s that you have failed to get done over time. Neither myself nor the tester will pass an unsafe vehicle that’s not fit for the road. Putting yourself and others in danger! I communicated with you perfectly what work was required to get your car to pass and sent a follow on quote that you seemed fine with? If anybody is confused then i think it’s yourself.

Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class Cancellation fee. Work started and found the problem is with the rear brake pads and not the front.

yes darren was polite on time and friendly but job not completed as wrong parts ordered (not his fault)
Reply from Darren:
I was there to replace your front brake pads and wear sensor via your booking request. Once I had removed the drivers side front wheel I could see that the problem wasn’t with the front pads, as there was no wear on the sensor and the pads were in good condition. I inspected the rear pads and this was your issue. The cancellation fee was set to £51 as work had been started, as is set out in the t&c’s. Would you of rather I just replace the pads at the full cost and you been even worse off? Of course you wouldn’t. You then expected me to do you a discount on the rear pads because you had to pay a cancellation fee.
