Seemed like a very nice guy over the phone and in person, the only problem was he didn't know how to work on my car, he had me using some random tools to wedge a part of the engine down so he could get a belt back on the car which I'm hoping hasn't damaged my car. after helping and getting my hands dirty I find out through the invoice clickmechanic sent to me that I was charged for extra time that wasn't agreed to or disgust. that because he helped jump start the car and pumped up one wheel it was ok to debit my card that was on file extra money without telling me. So disappointed as he seemed like such a nice guy.

Fantastic service- second time I have used them. Simple repair and I didn't even have to leave home! Spend hot day in garden rather than in traffic and waiting in a garage
