Darren kept me informed of his expected arrival time and was with the time span specified. We discussed the issues and I left Darren to carry out his investigations, which I gather were extensive. When those investigations were completed, Darren gave his diagnosis and also explained the rationale behind that decision and I have no reason to dispute his findings. On the basis of that, I have booked a further visit ( mechanic unknown ), to fit or supply and fit the necessary parts. no complaints about the service, the cost or the mechanic. Cheers Darren !
