First time use of this service. This was for a pre-purchase vehicle check for a car 500 miles away. Got an email telling me who the mechanic would be, then that was followed by a text from the mechanic to confirm. Got a call prior to the appointment, had a good chat with him. Received a call after the appointment to confirm all ok, followed by an email containing a full 7-page report about the vehicle.

Darren was on time, informative and knew his stuff. Unfortunately for me I was the owner of a Mercedes A170 2008 (22,000 miles) and the ECU was faulty (a very common fault with Mercedes A class). Darren sent it off for diagnostics but BDA deemed the ECU irreparable. I would use ClickMechanic again and would hope Darren would be allocated to me but I can't deny that I was not disappointed that my car was not an easy fix and, needless to say, would not recommend the purchase of an A class Mercedes, who turn out too many faulty ECU) units to anyone.

Darren came at right on the time agreed after a number of phone call and texts, to assure me he was coming at the time agreed, as soon as I met him I felt confidence in him, and I was not wrong, he did a great job and passed on some very good advise, I will definitely use again, very pleased with the overall service, well done and thank you.
