The alarm that came up on my car would probably have meant weeks of waiting for an appointment through the local dealer. To have the problem resolved within 24hrs using this service was more than I could have hoped for.
Contact was made the day before and on the day. The mechanic rang on the day asking if he could arrive earlier than the allotted time slot and I was happy to accept.
Friendly approach throughout the visit and problem swiftly resolved.
