Very courteous and hard working, got on with the job in a methodical and very tidy way highly recommended.

My mechanic was very helpful, got on with the work straight away. I offered him a cold soft drink as it was a very hot day, but he declined & pressed on. Very conscientious.

No i canot drive my car at the moment , no becauze if he notice a problem whit the calipers they shoud call me and inform me , not to bring the car whit problems ,

Bitter sweet experience for me. The ABS diagnostic was unable to communicate with my ABS module. The mechanic said he could replace the module etc but that he could not carry out the re-programming which would need to be carried out by Renault. Given the age of the Kangoo, and the likely costs involved, it was a step too far for me.

I was grateful for the mechanic's honesty and expert advice: he was friendly and knowledgeable. Difficult to give meaningful ratings as he was with the car for barely 15 minutes and the diagnostic test outcome was negative.

No general inspection check took place though - which I had paid for as well. I appreciate that it had probably been made redundant by the ABS module failure, but I expected my money back. Very disappointed that the £30 cost for the inspection check has not been refunded. Read more
