The mechanic was absolutely first class. Very happy with the work carried out

Very happy. Punctual. Give me a ring to confirm time when they were 40 mins away.
Carried out work as requested and explained what they were doing and showed me the old parts.
Made suggestion to replace auxiliary belt which I had done too.
I will use again and I highly recommend them.

After running the diagnostic we found out that unfortunately it was a different problem that we had assumed but we’re were given clear information and are now waiting on the correct part. Very good communication even when things didn’t go to plan.

Jamie was a very knowledgeable capable mechanic. All the stars I have given him is because he merits them. His work fitting fuel pump and filter was no easy job working outdoors. He also gave me advice to protect the fuel pump by changing my petrol brand which will also improve performance. He also recommended to me another recovery company as my one does not come up to the mark. I must add Jamie and his companion, were very nice and polite to talk too

I found jamie a very knowledgeable mechanic who diagnosed my fault right away. Unfortunately he did not have apare fuel pump for my old Ford focus. I am quite happy for him to return on Friday and fit the new pump.
