Ford Transit Connect Alternator replacement

Guys were fine,job was done rapid, apart from fetching the wrong alternator.they had to leave and come back with the correct one.no complaints though.

Unfortunately the wrong alternator is out of our hands we order the parts and pick them up. Once the alternator was removed we realised the alternator was wrong instead of leaving you without a vehicle we went out our way to get the right alternator from another parts supplier to ensure we could get you back on the road ASAP.
As for the punctuality and communication we rang before arrive asking if we could come early. When we went 1 hour out our way we rang you to let you know we were on our way back and have the right alternator with us.

BMW 3 Series Spark plugs replacement

I was beside myself with worry thinking my car was scrap. Thankfully it was just the spark plugs. Jamies Mobile Mechanics explained what was going wrong and showed me the damaged spark plugs which was worse than I anticipated. Also gave me some very helpful advice - don't use E10 fuel in a 20 year old BMW regardless of what it says on the government website.
