I started my apprenticeship when I left school at the age of 15. I’ve been fully qualified for 11+ years with NVQ level 1, 2 and 3. I’ve been an MOT tester for 10 years.

Here at Jamie’s mobile mechanic we carry out servicing and repairs on all makes and models. we do everything from a bulb change to head gaskets fully mobile.

We aim to make our service as easy and hassle free as possible for our customers

Quick and efficient and also showed me the brake disks he took off and how thin the pads were. Gave me some advice about the rear brakes too. Very good!

Jamie was great, he called ahead of time to tell me he was available earlier and was extremely helpful and informative when he diagnosed the issue. He explained the next steps clearly so I had no questions and the follow up was booked within minutes of him explaining everything.

Jamie carried the job well. There is just a bit of criticism on their lack of communication. After doing their job, they just knocked and informed me and my partner that the job was done. We had to sort of stop them leaving (as they were already in their car) to ask if it is possible to see the break pads they took out from my car, this is just for us to understand why my car is making lots of noise when breaking and to see how much damage is on it. Jamie could have taken a bit of time to do all this voluntarily after all it is part of the service fee we paid. We understand they have other jobs to do but it wont take them 5 minutes to do all these. Anyway, the car is working better. Thank you. Read more

Thanks for the feedback. However once we have returned the keys we always make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with the job which you confirmed you were and you returned into your house. Once you asked to see the brake pads we showed you why it was making a noise.
