Didn’t meet Jamie but he spoke to me on the phone in length after the inspection and explained all the key findings. He offered to speak again if I had any more questions once I had a chance to read the full report.

My mechanic kept me updated through the whole process, took photos of the problem, explained clearly the fault , talked me through what he did to rectify it and got me to turn the car over to see if I was happy with the work. He also talked me through another future problem he could see without pressure

Fred arrived promptly explained the job and completed it quickly. He was friendly and helpful.

He was very friendly and explained that it was no use doing just the brake pads when the discs needed doing. Having only recently had my MOT done, I don’t know how this wasn’t picked up by the garage.
He could only do diagnostic test today, not the other jobs that needed doing.
