Craig was excellent. He arrived on time and explained things clearly to me. Through no fault of his own the wrong part had been ordered and Craig instantly got on the phone, ordered the correct part, explained what had happened, went to pick it up, returned and fitted the part all within the 2 hour allocated slot. Absolutely brilliant, would definitely book him again and highly recommend him.
