Didn't turn up to fix the car as agreed, changed the appointments several times last minute. Unprofessional.. Never came across a mechanic who has diagnosed a car by just starting the car and charged £70 for it. It's a joke.

Craig was pleasant and spent 15 minuits checking and came to the conclusion that I had a faulty battery.
I find that difficult to believe as it was newly purchased 3 weeks ago and appears to be holding its charge well when not connected to the car.

He arrived and looked at the car and diagnosed that the antifreeze was too strong and needed diluting. He said he couldn't do it as he had no antifreeze.
I've done that and the problem still exists.

Appears to have been a bit of a waste of money as I've still got the temperature gauge issue and I'm down over £60.

Can this be looked at again at no charge
