Very unhappy with Craig . He arrived and after seeking some advice from someone else diagnosed the problem as car needs a new blower motor . He said that he would give me a quote asap and would try to complete the work for me by the end of the week , although the bank holiday might prevent that . I said I understood . I waited patiently no quote , although I was able to easily find the part myself on Google !!! No quote . Three days after the bank holiday still no communication . I then get a message after opening a resolution that his supplier could not find the part and so he couldn’t help . Completely ridiculous excuse , the part is not hard to get hold of , my view is that he got his money and couldn’t be bothered to compete anything further . I certainly would not use his service again . Even if he couldn’t help for whatever reason , he should have communicated that to me rather than make false promises and then not respond until I opened a complaint .
