Joanne was excellent. I had been struggling to understand a problem with the temperature gauge on my car, and the mechanic solved it very quickly during a diagnostics check. He also identified a separate problem with the engine - which I will look at. I am happy with his work.

A very enthusiastic mechanic who was polite and courteous. He rang a couple of times to bring the work forward. He arrived when we agreed and was swiftly in control of the job.
