Hi I am sorry to receive your review and would like to explain. Unfortunately I was held up on another booking i did call and explain this earlier in the day and offered to either reschedule or check if there was anyone else in area. You were happy for me to still attend booking and as a goodwill gesture I had the booking discounted for being late. Unfortunately due to the nature of fault it was not possible to repair at side of the road which was explained. The booking was for a diagnostic which is what i carried out, new parts would have been required to repair vehicle and so this is why i was unable to carry out a repair.

The mechanic turned up much later than his telephone call implied. Told us of an error code which we bought parts for and replaced. Finding that the error was still reading on the dash board with the same engine running fault we contacted the engineer who said he would call back to us. We offered to go to him but he said that he didn't want us to use the car on the motorway which was very thoughtful. He didn't show up. Neither has he returned our telephone calls, voice mail or texts. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I am very disappointed with your review and would like to clear up the confusion.
Firstly I was not late, I attended the booking a day early as i was in the area
Secondly as I explained the fault would probably need to be reset (which i explained how to do) after faulty part was replaced (which you wanted to do yourself) unfortunately I was unable to get back to you after speaking on phone due to a personal family issue
I have not received any voicemail, txt or call nor have i been contacted through click mechanic to rearange reseting fault which is why i was under impresion you had performed the reset I explained how to do.
I take great pride in my customer service as you will see from my many other reviews. I depend on my customers repeat business and so try to do as much for them as I possibly can. I am disappointed you felt this way however If required I can come reset fault for you (at no cost to yourself) when convenient
