My wife was sent a mechanic who took the car even though, I wanted someone to carry out the repairs at home.
The work came out more expensive than, I was originally quoted. The car was gone all day and, wasn't returned until late. And the mechanic told us the car needed more parts (which it didnt) and, wanted to charge us a ridiculous price for these parts.
I restore cars so, im well aware of how much parts cost.
My feeling is that this mechanic was out of his depth and, I won't be using this service ever again. Next time I will find the time to do it myself
