Very friendly reliable service .This is the second time we have used Hassan ( service / MOT ) and would have no reservations in recommending to others

Hassan was perfect. Made the whole process so easy. Picked my car up on time and delivered it back quickly. Can’t argue with the price or the quality of work done. Will definitely use again

felt pressured into completing work that wasn't necessary, felt I was overcharged for labour and fitted an all seasons tyre which didn't match the snow tyres on the rest of the vehicle (was told the tyre had to be changed, although passed inspection with a specialist garage a week or so before). poor communication and car returned smelling of smoke. very disappointed with the complaints procedure and no reply from click mechanic when case was escalated. They also drove the car for 2 hours so used up a lot of diesel. I am someone that never complains, but I wanted to leave a review just to warn other customers to be wary. I have felt really let down by the service received. I was once a loyal customer of click mechanic but after this experience with this garage I will not be using the garage or click mechanic again. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, with a fair price. I'm very happy over all.

I've been so happy with the whole esperance 100% service from the polite young man who picked my car up on time, the macanic got in touch during mot prosses about under the car needed attention to get through MOT and 2 new tires at the front, he then sent picks showing the problem with above Brill I agreed to have work done via email, when the work was done he sent me picks showing all work done, I felt valued As a customer through the whole prosses, later I noticed he had done some madjic on my wheel trims that were looking abit battered to say the least so kind very thought full. The 100%cost for good team was good value.

I haven't actually been out in the car since it was returned but everything else was spot on.

I haven't test driven the car yet , but all seems OK except it's very low on fuel.

Arrived on time. Collected and drop off vehicle. Really friendly, carried out the work quick. Informed me of some things I needed doing but only told me, no pushy business like some
