The mechanic arrived on time and immediately checked the rear bearings. And proceeded to check the fonts, but as its and auto transitions(and couldn't get a positive test) needed to test drive it. Unfortunately ragging my car up and down the road isn't acceptable, and I wish for them to never carry out work for myself and therefore puts a tinge on your company. I have a mechanic that I use regularly but due to time restraints I came to you, due to the above I don't think I'll be using you any time soon.

At up to speed it wasn't ragging your car about at all and find your accusations are not necessary we look after all our customers cars as and drive them with care how ever when bearings are going it can be hard to determine what side side cornering hard into corners will put pressure on the bearing that is going and can be diagnosed to a particular side I don't think your comments are justified at all and find them obserd I don't abuse my own vehicles never mind customers
