I've used Click Mechanic three times - my other two experiences have been excellent. On this one I asked some very simple questions and got no response, either from my initial purchase and then again when I raised it on your system (that is still outstanding). The information provided was much more limited than previous reports and no effort was made to quantify the issues for me. As a result I've been unable to do anything with the information provided, so the only difference between now and before I had the report done is that I'm £80 poorer. Waste of money.

Hi I wrote everything to do with the vehicle on the report it is very detailed on there and I believe you asked a question to what I would do in the report it clearly states what I would do if I was the buyer feel the feedback is unnessasery I do loads of these reports and have many happy customers
