They were unable to perform the job on the vehicle - politely explained and re-assembled and left. ClickMechanic shouldn't be quoting for work that mechanics are unable to perform. It;s acceptable to say no.

The part for my vehicle had to be ordered by Gareth who contacted me the morning of my appointment. Because of this the appointment was rescheduled for another day.
Gareth turned up punctually on the morning and carried out the work quite swiftly. It was a job well done and well worth waiting for, and the cost was fairly inexpensive in contrast to some garage prices.
