The diagnostics mechanic was very helpful. He arrived within time frame allocated and forwarded us onto another mechanic to resolve the issue with immobiliser.

Thanks for the review , although I’m a little confused as to who you are referring to regarding the immobiliser, especially as I’m the person who first attended and returned with new parts to complete your booking .
The only thing I can think of is that your confusing me and the green flag guy who you said you called out a few times.
