MINI Mini Shock absorbers replacement - front (pair)

Kyriacos and his colleague were both super friendly, knowledgable and quick. They replaced the 2 front shock absorbers from my Mini Cooper S in exactly 1 hr when my local garage was suggesting it would take 3 hrs (= 3 times the labour costs).
I would highly recommend their service.

Bad experience with Kyriacos. He charged me more than the price I accepted for the job. I raised a dispute and ClickMechanic agreed with me that he should not have changed the price without sending me a new quote first, but he hasn't refunded the overcharge.
Reply from Kyriacos:
Hi thanks for review 37 days after your job was completed. Because I did replace a part with your authority , does not mean you can complain after the event .
I offered to return and remove that part and give you a full refund which you declined.
I can only hope that customers that read your review will overlook it in respect of the other 99% of positive reviews.
I still hold my original offer open of refunding you in full , after removing the part in question and replacing it with your original part that you claim was not faulty .
But thanks for your review as it helps me give customers a better service .

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
