Phil was great, based on the experience I'd listed when booking, he immediately locked into what the issue would likely be. He gave great advice based on clearly years of strong contextual understanding of his field. I felt comfortable speaking to him and could tell that he ultimately has customer service at the heart of what he does and would 100% look to him again if I have another issue arise
