Phil was great and i'd recommend him. We spoke on the phone before the Pre-Purchase Inspection of a car I thought looked good. He talked me through all the likely issues and knew the car and garage. In the end, he highlighted lots of issues with the car and I didn't buy it, which certainly saved me a lot of time, money and stress. He sent loads of photos and videos and talked me through everything really clearly.
