My only problem is that jos Richardson who ever he is has taken £1 out of my account .his he with your company and if so why has this happened when bill was paid in full.

Hi Yvonne, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately joss Richardson isn’t anything to do with clickmechanic and the payment wouldn’t have been to the company. How the payment works is you pay clickmechanic direct and then they pay the mechanic separately there would be no further payments taken.. I would possibly contact your bank regarding this transaction just to make sure it’s nothing untoward.

Phil is clearly very knowledgeable on cars and really knows his stuff I felt I could trust him immediately and this is the first time I've used a mobile mechanic so was slightly wary about it. He's a lovely guy chatty and easy going I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
