Had a diagnostic on a gearbox issue, Phillip was great. He was very informative and managed to narrow down the issue after carrying out various checks and a test drive. He advised on the best course of action for further work. He was also very punctual, arrived at the time slot he said he would. Would happily use this mechanic again.
