Accurate description of the work needed , surprised this vehicle passed mot at a dealership ( Vauxhall ) two weeks ago .

Came out earlier than expected and rang ahead to make sure this was ok with me.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the fault with my van it’s not something that can be fixed at the roadside.

The person who collected the car was polite and explained when the car would be returned. I can't comment on the quality of the work (shock absorber replacement) as I am not a mechanic! The car drives OK though!
