Hi. Mechanic was knowledgeable and explain all steps but this time I am not happy.
Let me explain - drop off the car Thurs for clutch replacement. I know car is old, rusty etc so mechanic have huge issue with rusty ceised bolts - he used wd40, soak for 2 days which is I do appreciate and finally off and replaced clutch. I do collect the car Tues mid of the day (3,5 day in garage) and mechanic said it added 2 H extra labour and charge me £204 extra.
Total work is £597.8 clutch replacement with click mech plus £204 extra 2h for him =£802.
Not happy with the price(can find other garege for £800) and time repair (do understand rust and stack bolts). He did his best without demages but extra charge and time it's no good. Thanks Read more

- no liability if the bolts was taken by you / we offered the option to you;
-we spend excess of 2h that you have been charged to free the rusty and seized bolts of subframe
- we carried out an excellent clutch replacement job
-we communicated with you all time ( yet you gave us 3 stars on commnunication and quality).

Based on the last 2 visits , you are a a hard to please customer , we tried our best :).
