They have charged me for a job that they have not done as for my butcach to be challenged but they have not done that

Your car was booked for a boot switch replacement and other jobs and not for a catch / lock as you have self-diagnosed this wrong prior to book . for that reason you should not be unhappy with craftmanship, we can fit your new lock at a time agreed so please get in touch to book this in if you want - send me a DM here.
