They were so helpful- I was particularly impressed with the communication throughout, really efficient. I liked the use of Whatsapp to stay in touch. They also gave me such a thorough explaination of what was needed, including a video to walk me through the technical stuff which went over my head! Also when I had a problem with my brake fluid a week later (turned out it was running low), they sorted it for me free of charge. Just great from beginning to end!

Bogdan my mechanic was excellent as usual. The communication was clear before he arrived, his knowledge and manner was impeccable, he is excellent at his job, definitely 5 out of 5. Cheers Bogdan

The lady who picked up and brought back my car was lovely - I had limited communication with the mechanic but seemed friendly over the phone

The work itself was thorough and professional - photos of everything and recommendations of further work

First of all thank you for your review , we really appreciate what you wrote here and we aim to improve this area at moment .
However we have multiple bookings in same time and also multiple collections and returns and we cannot be all time on phone/ text and attend appointments in real time . Please be aware of time used to get to you and back to our unit - total of 180 min for collection and delivery of your vehicle only , that again impacted our return of your car .
Communication I find that area a bit harsh with only 3 stars as We did call you before collection and we answered your phone call, but hey, that is true we could have dropped you a text with time scale of returning your vehicle - we would do that on next booking 😉.

PS: it would work a bit better if you where not in such a rush on phone calls , as you hang up both times while we are talking to you, but it might be down to bad reception who knows ? 🤷‍♂️

Been told over the phone that the unforseen repairs to pass the mot were done, payed 850£, just to see the problems on the advisory section. The car never had any advisory before and was in driving condition. What could I expected from a company who hire mechanics who send their wives to pick up the car and tell the client over the phone that the chauffeur has arrived?!?

However i would like to point that all work quoted / paid for has been done by Peugeot text-book including your free of charge diagnostic for engine that we charge usual £58, rear Brake bulbs Costing £18 + answering your queries At unreasonable hours via W-app . On Whats up we have sent you a video health check pointing your Mot fails and advisories before actual MOT and you told us to do only urgent work - that is what we did . For those reasons i find your review unreasonable and unrealistic scoring 1 star for quality and 1 star for communication.
Also i would like to point that the lady-drivers personal life is no one’s concern - she works for us.

The mechanic was lovely, called ahead of time to ask what the problem was and agreed with what the problem was, arrived earlier than expected and before I knew it a new started motor was put in my car! Amazing service and would recommend them to everyone. Can not fault them at all, one very happy customer.
