Mechanic was friendly and on time, and the work was done quickly.
However, this was a full service and MOT. Steve failed to mention that the exhaust had a hole and still went ahead with the MOT. It consequently failed the exhaust lambda reading.

Steve was excellent. He was respectful of social distance so I wasn't at all worried. He phoned before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job and explained everything well. I was very pleased. I've already booked him in again for my MOT.

Steve was Brilliant, will always try to work with him.
Nissan specialist but I would say BMW specialist as well (worked at BMW), as he knew every part of the car, including the computer system.
Knew exactly where every bolt, lever etc was.
A job that would usually take several hours out of my day to take to the dealer, was done quickly and efficiently
Also had a pleasant conversation with him, very personable friendly guy.
