Mechanic was very friendly and polite, the job was done efficiently within 1-2 hours, but the job cost more As quoted, as I expected he is mechanic he should known that when placing thermostat Required full kit to placed in this case it cost me more. He also advice he found other fault and give me the estimate cost and time to do the job which I found was good.

First time using click mechanic. I booked Steve to replace both front discs and pads. Vehicle was originally booked for Friday evening but Steve rung to advise the supplier had only sent one disc/pad so we arranged to have the work done on the following day, supplier issue so not Steve's fault. Steve was going to call to advise a time but I didn't hear anything by Saturday morning so I rung him but could not get through. He rung back to advise he had trouble with his van but it would still be done that day. He later rung to advise the van was still not fixed so we arranged for Sunday morning at 0830, received a text at 0830 to advise he was running half hour late. He arrived at 0900 and work was carried out within approximately 50 minutes. Steve apologised for the trouble and I understand that these issues were out of his control as frustrating as it was, but communication could have been better.
