Nissan Note Glow plugs replacement (all)

Mid rating so you'll (hopefully) look at this. I had hoped my car would be fixed when I booked 3 days ago. If I take a car to a garage and they find something else wrong, they ask me if I want it fixed, I say yes and it's done. I had to book a second appt today and I'm now being told that (despite the diary saying otherwise) you are not available till next week. Stupidly, in my desperation to have my car fixed, I accepted a friend'screcommendation of you, but it would seem that you are the equivalent of a one man bandcand at this rate it will be many weeks and many appointments before my car is fixed!.

Firstly thank you for your review.
I am unsure of why your review isn't 5 stars as you told me you had the car diagnosed by the AA that your glow plugs was the fault with your vehicle. We replaced your glow plugs and cleared the stored error codes in the cars computer. I then found there was a low fuel pressure issue and took the time to check the fuel pressure which I found to be low and explained this to you.
If you wasn't aware before I will explain that click mechanic is a platform where independent mechanics (mainly mobile) use to accept jobs and I accepted your job of glow plugs replacement.
When I accepted your job I booked that job for a certain amount of time in my diary and therefore any diagnosing after would of caused significant delay during my day to my other customers due to an incorrect diagnosis give to yourself previously. this is the reason I said to you it needs a second visit to diagnose.
In my opinion the service you received t have your glow plugs replaced was full 5 star. I believe this because you had a phone call before I arrived to give you an exact arrival time, the work was carried out within a good time frame and also had a look further into the fault that was actually on the vehicle and explained this to you and gave you an option for me to return.
I hope this helps the understanding of how click mechanic works.
