Under very difficult circumstances and with considerable pressure due to imminent travel lock downs, Steve was polite, punctual and efficient. What should have been a fairly straightforward repair turned into something more complicated. He responded with good grace, good communication and was patient give that he was communicating between me in Nottingham and my partner in Essex where the car was situated. Thanks Steve.
