It was a pleasure to have Steve do a Full service on my van, he was polite and friendly. After he had finished he told me what was needed to be done to the van and sent a cost to me shortly later, not what you wanted to hear but was great full to know. I would definitely use him again. Steve arrived on time and was a really nice young fella. He was accompanied by a new trainee who had only started 3 days ago. Work commenced straight away. During the job and as part of his visual inspection he noticed an anomaly with with the suspension spring which I could see for myself. He was very quick to get me a quote and will be able to carryout the work early next week. I have to say that he (and his new assistant) have done a really good job, and I look forward to him carrying out any further work.

Steve was great - friendly, informative and knew exactly what he was doing. Although he was delayed by a previous job (hence the loss of a star) he kept me informed and I appreciated his honesty and communication. I would definitely use Steve again as he represents customer service, knowledge and ability in one package.

After the first ClickMechanic causing us a complete nightmare we were a little bit concerned about sticking with their suggested alternative mechanic but so very pleased we did. Steve was absolutely brilliant. Great comms, polite, professional, prompt and clearly full of experience. Would recommend him without any hesitation to anyone wanting a mobile mechanic - simply excellent!!

Please can the mechanic wipe down the steering wheel in the future. I ended up having grey powdered hands driving it a few hours later!

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback and apologies the car had dirt left on the steering wheel. We are unsure how this has happened, as especially during COVID we have been cleaning and sanitising the car before and after the work.
In terms of punctuality and communication the mechanic arrived within the allotted booking time and rang you before he left his previous job to give you an arrival time.
