I was not happy, the communication was poor. Steve could not come to do the job and sent Joe. Time management was poor I was waiting each day for their turn up which was originally booked for the Monday and late Friday afternoon Joe arrived. He told me there was a clamp missing so he fitted the catalityc converter without the clamp. He said he told Steve about it and Steve would quote me to fit a new clamp. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. I texted and called and emailed Steve to let him know how important it was that my car is properly fixed as the mal function light remains on. Steve came very briefly in two Sundays ago, turned the light of and asked that I send him the video of Hyundai's diagnostics. The Tuesday I called again to find out if he had a look, but he apologised and said he missed my email. He asked if the clamp arrived yet and I said no. It is now 2 weeks later and the clamp is still not here. Now after 4 weeks of struggling, I will be taking my car to Halfords and whatever they do find wrong I will claim a refund from Click mechanic. Why do I have to write so much to get it accepted, I’m busy

Went onto click mechanic last night and had someone out first thing this morning. Steve was quick and reliable. Very happy with the service carried out.

After a bad experience with a mechanic from here. It was a massive relief to find Steve. He was super efficient. Timing was on point.

Steve was brilliant and l was very happy with all that he did on the service and getting the MOT done for us. All in all an excellent service.

The service was excellent! Steve explained and showed me problems that needed doing to my car and why it was important to get it fixed to pass an mot. I would never have seen the leaks unless the wheels were off. He was professional and friendly. I knew I had a problem with one of the wheels and he advised it could be this part that needs changing which I will now get fixed, but obviously I’ll use Steve again.
