Communications were good, i lnew who was coming to me and from.where. i could read their ratings in.advance too, which was good as this seems to be the 21st century equivalent to "word of mouth" . It worked for me!;

Great job, friendly but it took 3 days to fix the car instead of 1, except that, i don't regret calling you.

Yes it take 3 days because i want to help you to safe money for recovery £150 and i done impossible job on the road on front of your house and i spend 8 hours labour without extra charge only to help you and i go 3 times to my garage to find special tools for that job
