Great Guy, called to say what time time exactly he would arrive. Gave me some advice on a few things also.

Arrived at 4.50pm instead of between 2-4pm but they communicated with me then they had the wrong battery. Rearranged for them to come today at 4.30pm and turned up at 4.50pm. Very good job done.
