I very disappointed with the service. Mechanic told me that there’s nothing wrong with my breaks even though they were soft. They took the tires off and checked is there’s air in the tubes. They claimed I probably need new clippers and they have to take to the garage, which I didn’t agree with. They said they going to call me with a quote. First of all they drove my car for 3m and stated the breaks are fine, which they were not fine. I called a mechanic from different company, they checked my breaks and straight away noticed that they were soft they sort it out within 10min. My breaks only needed adjusting. Two things we weren’t impressed with.

Firstly, we booked the mechanic for a specific time slot which was agreed. The mechanic then got in touch to say his previous appointment ad finished early, so could he come to us earlier. When we said we accommodate that, we had to reschedule for another day.

Secondly, we ordered a new tyre and fitting service. The mechanic turned up with a new tyre but couldn’t fit it so we had to take the car to Kwik Fit ourselves. For a business that is looking to disrupt the car mechanic market it seems you might want to address that...

Very prompt and very friendly, found the problem ordered the part and came back to fix it
