Kalim was very helpful and went a long way to enable me to get my Jaguar home. Althogh unable to resolve the fault entirely, due to parts availability he managed to get the car drivable and let me know exactly what was required. Thank You

Kalim was great, good customer service, went through all work he had done. Took my car using a flatbed lorry and returned it on it too.
Having driven my car, it runs very well, drives really nice. Performance is spot on.

Kalim is a pleasant person who is enthusiastic about his work. BUt here are the facts:
1 - I arranged for the car to be available for 2 days, but this ended up being 4 days.
2 - During this time I struggled to get feedback on progress , issues etc.
3 - Kalim told me the cost was £450 - which I was a little shocked to hear; yet you have charged me £485. Why?
4 - The original problem persists. The low coolant indicator came on the following day. I have topped the reservoir up again but did not expect to observe the same symptoms.
5 - If the problem has not been resolved it means one of the following is true:-
* the replacement pipes have either been fitted incorrectly, or did not require replacement at all - so an unnecessary expense to me
* the water pump has not been resealed
* the water pump has been reassembled incorrectly

WHichever is the reason, the fact remains that I have just spent a reasonable amount of money for no result at all. The only people to gain from this is your company.
This is not what I would describe as a good service, because I seem to be in exactly the same position before I enlisted your help.
I would be interested to receive your response - but what I need is a solution not another problem to deal with. Read more
