Kalim was good initially. He called me up and we'd confirmed the time he could come to diagnose why my car wouldn't start.

He came on time and diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it. I thought he'd offered a fair quote but the clincher was that he would provide a full receipt and warranty. I really appreciate warranties as there's peace of mind if things go wrong. Well, he seemed to fix the car ok but when I went to pay (in cash) he said he did not have a receipt book and wouldn't even hand write anything. He said he would email the receipt across with the warranty and he didn't. I called chasing this up and he said he would get on to it and email or send via recorded delivery (which seemed silly).
