I was about to buy a used VW Passat. I contacted Clickmechanic for pre-purchase inspection. Mr Kalim inspected the car and told me about various problems in the car and advised me not to buy that car which helped to avoid a costly mistake.

Very well mannered.. Went though all faults in detail which even the dealer could not do and best action to take..

Kalim offered to collect the car and deliver it back at no extra cost. Very polite and informative. Phoned me to advise that another part was needed -and explained the reasons. Although this did increase the cost, there was no extra labour cost and I was under no obligation to have the extra work done.
Very efficient service. Kalimantan also advised regarding a few other problems which would need to be sorted - not a surprise at all as I know the car hasn't been serviced recently.
