Kalim accepted my job on behalf of ClickMechanic and was extremely polite and communicative. Kalim let me know that it would be better suited to pick up my car and take it to his garage, which he did with no qualms at all and in punctual time. The car was picked up in the evening to be worked the next day and was dropped back to me the following evening. He explained to me certain issues with my engine that had benefiitted from the change, stating exactly what parts had been removed and replaced, and why. Really knowledgeable chap and very friendly. Will recommend.

Kalim went to great trouble to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and kept me informed as to progress and any other problems that might arise as well as advice on how to try to to prevent it in the future. He also brought me the part which had to be changed to show me which I found very helpful and thoughtful of him. He is a credit to you and deserves all the praise I have given him.
