Kalim went to great trouble to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and kept me informed as to progress and any other problems that might arise as well as advice on how to try to to prevent it in the future. He also brought me the part which had to be changed to show me which I found very helpful and thoughtful of him. He is a credit to you and deserves all the praise I have given him. I have every confidence that my car will be trouble free in that department for a good while and would use him again if it were necessary, I think ClickMechanic is a Godsend to "Maidens in distress" well "Old women any way"!! if all their mechanics are like Kalim.

Kalim was good initially. He called me up and we'd confirmed the time he could come to diagnose why my car wouldn't start.

He came on time and diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it. I thought he'd offered a fair quote but the clincher was that he would provide a full receipt and warranty. I really appreciate warranties as there's peace of mind if things go wrong. Well, he seemed to fix the car ok but when I went to pay (in cash) he said he did not have a receipt book and wouldn't even hand write anything. He said he would email the receipt across with the warranty and he didn't. I called chasing this up and he said he would get on to it and email or send via recorded delivery (which seemed silly). It's been over a week of me chasing and still no warranty or receipt. Not happy. Read more
