My car was fix good I find commicate difficult as I am partly deaf as I find phone very hard to pick up it ok glad found other problems will book again as soon possible with in two weeks but had to wait till my vet bill out of the way then book it if the price remains the same..?

Good Evening,
Thank you for your feedback, as your car was not driveable, we were reliant on recovery specialists to recover your car and bring it to our garage free of cost to you and costed us £60 for pick up and drop off. Apologies for the delay in this as we were reliant on their availability.
Though we phoned several times to keep you updated, communication was difficult as other issues in the car resulted in several delays in the work being carried out and as you were not prepared to commit anymore money towards the repairs to fix the car this caused further delays and we had to make do to get the job done to the best of our availability to accommodate your needs and get it dropped the same day late in the evening out if working hours.
