I have been looking for a mechanic for a few days and all they would do is try to plug my car into their system and weren’t able to.
I feel like real mechanics are few and far between nowadays!

So, I was very grateful when Rio came to look at the car. He couldn’t get the computer to read it so he looked under the bonnet and found what was wrong. He took clear photos and left a clear description of what was going on.

Rio and his partner were on time and very informative. The carried out the repair in good time.

Guys were really courteous and thoughtful and performed the system diagnostics on my XF really efficiently. However although havin a lot of diagnostics kit, they did not have the 'magic' IT tool to pair the key with the car, which was the original problem. So yes, they told me there was nothing wrong with the car, but could not fix the original problem, which I find surprising and disappointing, as this must be happening all the time?

He did a better job than the mechanics at the dealership. I am very satisfied with the work he did, communicative and respectful.

no work was carried out apart from a ridiculous charge for quick look to my car.
A lot of made up issues have been reported by the mechanic which didn't convince me so I personally inspected the car after he left only to find out that the only real problem was a pipe leaking coolant that I mentioned when I wasted my money booking for this useless service.

Arrived on time - work required carried out in a timely fashion. Happy driver.
