The mechanic himself was good and got the job done at the best of its abilities, including taking the time to find the correct replacement and keeping me informed along the way! I was a bit dissatisfied with ClickMechanic service in general as it took a long time to finally repair the car with many failed attempts and delays..

Russell let me know that he needed to source parts and would be a little delayed but he still managed to finish the job on time and was friendly and efficient.

Russel messaged me to say he would arrive a little early, which was great. As soon as he arrived, he and his colleague set to work on replacing the rear discs and pads. No drama or issues and about an hour later the car was completely done and working again.
